11-13s
Our oldest group in Junior Church is called Pathfinders and is for school years 6-8. Pathfinders is led by Nick Sams. We spend time learning from the Bible together over a hot or cold drink and often play a game too. We also spend time thinking and talking through some of the big questions the children might have.
14+
Once young people reach year 9 there is no separate group for them, and they are encouraged to join in with the main Service.
(10-13s - Years 6-8)
XTB is our weekly youth group which happens on Friday evenings during term time, meeting from 5:30-7pm in the Church Hall. XTB stands for eXplore The Bible, which is one of the things we do each week in the Bible slot. There are also lots of other activities, group games and a tuck shop. Once a term we aim to have a social; in the past, we’ve been to Clip ‘N Climb, Energi and LeVel.
For more information about any of the above please contact Phil Vautier.

Some of our young people (and adults as leaders!) go to camps throughout the year. These are short holidays for youth, where they can spend time learning more about Jesus and do loads of games, activities, crafts and more!
Youth Getaway
The Youth Getaway is a night away for children and youth in school years 6-13, held in the autumn term at Borwick Hall near Carnforth. We also join with children and youth from two of our partner churches, All Saints Preston and St Christophers Lea. We play loads of games, do exciting activities and crafts, enjoy a bonfire and have plenty of time to hang out with friends and make new ones! There will be opportunities to look at the Bible in big group meetings and also in smaller discussion groups, with plenty of time to chat and ask questions. The children sleep in single-sex dorms with other children of a similar age, which is a great opportunity to develop friendships. It’s a fun-packed weekend and a great chance to spend time together away from home! For any other questions or for more information contact Phil Vautier.
